After your morning English classes in our clifftop classroom at Wheal Kitty, you’ll head down to Trevaunance Cove in St Agnes for an afternoon of exciting watersports. Our experienced partners, Koru Kayaking and Breakers Surf School will guide you through kayaking and surfing lessons right on the stunning coastline.

You’ll have the chance to explore hidden caves on a calm day, visit seal colonies, or even catch your first wave! Go for a swim on a sunny day or just enjoy the breathtaking views of Cornwall’s rugged shoreline, all while breathing in the fresh sea air.

Our expert instructors will make sure you receive personal attention, whether you’re learning the basics of surfing, improving your paddling technique, or getting more comfortable on the board. With Koru and Breakers, you’ll be in great hands. All equipment is provided. You only need your spirit of adventure.

I have never surfed before. Is this course suitable for me?

Yes, this course is perfect for beginners! Surfing is just one part of it. We also include kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and our experienced instructors are there to guide you every step of the way. They carefully monitor the weather and water conditions to ensure everything is safe and enjoyable for you.

What happens if there are no waves for surfing?

If there are no waves for surfing, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore the stunning Cornish coast by kayak. Our instructors will take you to hidden caves, guiding you through beautiful turquoise waters. St Agnes is also renowned for its excellent stand-up paddleboarding, so you’ll still have plenty of exciting options to enjoy!
