In May 2022, we’re hosting ‘English with Sustainability’ at Cusgarne Organic Farm, in Cornwall. For two weeks we’ll live on the farm, improving our English and sharing ideas about sustainable strategies. We’ll learn from those who already run successful sustainable businesses here in Cornwall and in Europe. Each morning there’ll be English lessons designed to make you a better communicator in English, ultimately helping you get your message across.

Each afternoon there’ll be seminars, practical workshops, and walking tours with environmentalists. In all of these activities there will be an emphasis on learning about sustainable strategies that we can implement as business people and as individuals. We’ll learn from Greg and Teresa who run the farm, from Marco Piccolo – the CEO of Reynaldi Srl in Turin, President of sustainability for Piemonte, and the national Italian ambassador for Civil Economy. And we’ll also learn from businesspeople here in Cornwall who are implementing sustainable strategies that benefit society and environment. Cusgarne is 5 miles inland form St Agnes, in the heart of the quiet Cornish countryside. There, you’ll live on the farm in beautifully converted barns, built using sustainable methods. You’ll take part in lessons, seminars and activities. Cusgarne will be our base, and we’ll explore beautiful Cornwall together. For the adventurous, there will be opportunity to take part in water sports activities: surfing and kayaking on the wild Atlantic ocean. For those interested in Cornish cuisine, we’ll showcase the best produce Cornwall has to offer.
